Refund Policies and Procedures

While we hate to see you go, Bynes Transcript and Typing Services work hard to satisfy their clients. In every case, we assess the situation and determine with our client the best route to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

REFUND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  1. Full refunds are granted immediately after order of service.
  2. Partial refunds are granted minus the deposit, expenses and labor it cost to do the work upon completion and at the discretion of Bynes Transcript and Typing Services.

ITEMS THAT COULD INFLUENCE A REFUND

  1. Project turn around time[s] – While we give the closest date of completion and based from our historical data, their may be times when the project may need to be extended an extra day or week. If a refund is requested at this time, Bynes Transcript and Typing Services may refund minus the expenses and labor to do the work [see REFUND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, #2]

Bynes Transcript and Typing Services will always finish the project in the quickest possible time while allowing for the highest quality of work.  After reviewing the clients’ project we will give you an estimated time that you should expect the work to take.  If for some reason, it cannot be finished by the time line, we will contact you immediately.
