Statement of Agreement: The client agrees to pay Bynes Transcript & Typing Services for any and all work performed on his or her own or his or her own company’s behalf. The client has reviewed the rates and is fully aware that he or she is fully responsible for an accurate and truthful description of any work order materials submitted.
Client agrees that any contact information and information about a project work order submitted is accurate to the best of his or her knowledge.
Services: All services are administered by Bynes Transcript & Typing Services according to the clients specifications by the agreed upon deadline, unless unforeseen circumstances occur.
Project turnaround: The turnaround time varies from project to project. This depends on the length of the project, the legibility of the handwriting, and on how many prior projects are in the works.
Bynes Transcript & Typing Services will always finish the project in the quickest possible time while allowing for the highest quality of work. After reviewing the clients’ project we will give you an estimated time that you should expect the work to take. If for some reason, it cannot be finished by the time line, we will contact you immediately.
Clients must submit 40% of the quoted price at the time the work order is submitted. The remaining balance will be due upon job completion. [for large transcription projects and administrative consulting assignments]
Confidentiality: Client contact information and all client documents will be held in the strictest confidence. All original work materials will be returned to client with finished product unless otherwise specified by client.
Once a client receives the final project, they must verify all information and if there are any changes that need to be made they must contact us within 24 hours. Any changes or modifications that are needed and we are notified within the 24 hours there will be no extra charge. If we are notified after the 24-hour period, we will charge our normal hourly fees to complete the project.
Full copyright to any commissioned work is yours once payment has been received in full, however Bynes Transcript and Typing Services retains the right to display the item/s in any online or offline portfolios, and for the purpose of marketing or advertising our services on or offline.
Payment is required for the provision of design concepts: You are required to pay for our time, and quoted prices are based on design concepts provided, regardless whether used by you or not.
Cancellation Rights: You have a right to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.
Security: Bynes Transcript & Typing Services uses high quality firewall and virus checking software to ensure the security of any e-mail transmissions and of your private files from the external threat of hackers and virus infection.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- phone number
- e-mail address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
